THE DELEGATE FEE FOR THE PARTICIPATION IN THE CONFERENCE:
  • 950 Euro (1300 USD/42 000 RUR) – if the payment is received after 1 April 2015

SPECIAL CONDITIONS: The delegate fee for companies from Russia, the Baltic and the CIS countries:

  • 645 Euro (870 USD/28 000 RUR) – if the payment is received until 1 April 2015
  • 745 Euro (1000 USD/32 000 RUR) – if the payment is received after 1 April 2015

DELEGATE FEE INCLUDES:

  • participation of 1 delegate in the conference sessions and the awarding ceremony of the Coin Contellation-2015
  • working materials package,
  • coffee breaks, lunches, gala dinner.

10% Discount 

  for the registration of the third and the next delegates from one company.
“Accompanying person” package
  • 300 Euro (400 USD/12 000 RUR)
PACKAGE INCLUDES: 

  • 1 person involved in the award ceremony of the contest “Coin Constellation-2015”,
  • welcome cocktail and at the gala dinner, coffee breaks and lunches. Without participation in the working sessions of the conference.

  • equipped booth 2m x 3m (aluminium skelett construction, walls, white double sided, fascia board (9 letters),
  • carpet,

  • 3 spotlights,
  • 1 socket,
  • 1 waste bin,
  • advertisement in the conference catalogue (1 page)..
THE COST OF THE EXHIBITION BOOTH “Premium”:
  • 1400 Euro (1880 USD/60 000 RUR) – if the payment is received until 1 April 2015
  • 1600 Euro (2188 USD/70 000 RUR)– if the payment is received after 1 April 2015

SPECIAL CONDITIONS:  The exhibition booth fee for companies from Russia, the Baltic and the CIS countries:

  • 1200 Euro (1650 USD/53 000 RUR) – if the payment is received until 1 April 2015
  • 1400 Euro (1880 USD/60 000 RUR) – if the payment is received after 1 April 2015
